Looking down at his body?

If a guy sometimes looks down at his own body when talking to you...could it be his way of saying look at me or is he looking down to say go away?

Looking down for longer periods of time can mean a number of things, and it's hard to give a definitive answer based on that single eye signal...

It could mean that this guy is just shy, and he feels it's to 'risky' to look you in the eye. You might see that he's very interested in you, and if you're not interested back... well, he may not be able to cope with the rejection.

Not looking at you can also be a signal of general disinterest. In that case he's just thinking about other things while you talk. But you should never conclude this based only on his eye signals.

You could look for other signals that he'd rather leave... check his feet; are they pointed towards you, or in another direction. If they're aimed AWAY from you, he'd likely want to leave.
